There's no question that Rumer Willis makes a sublime spokesmodel for Badgley Mischka. In the brand's advertising campaign, she is the picture of youthful grace against a beachy Malibu backdrop. But when she arrived at the opening of the new Badgley Mischka store in Beverly Hills, we had to take pause.
