Urban Men's Fashion Flash

The Fashion Bomb doesn't do nearly enough men's style, but it's almost impossible to overlook a recent trend amongst the urban set:
...a bow tied and bespectacled appearance we'll call Pee Wee Herman meets Malcolm X.
Of course it started with our 808's and Heartbreak Style Czar K. West:
Then crept into Common's closet...
And now it seems more and more MC's are trading in their dark shades for the wide rimmed or tortoise shell variety:
As they become older and more accomplished, it seems they're fine with expressing who they truly are:
...men with tons of intelligence who've used a combo of bragadoccio and brains to broker business deals worth millions.
Ladies you gotta admit: isn't there something intriguing about intellect?
