This rooftop restaurant name was sirocco restaurant.Sirocco is the world's largest all open-air restaurant and "Sky Bar", located on the 64th floor of the State Tower in Bangkok, Thailand, which is the second tallest building in Thailand. The 150-capacity restaurant opened its doors in the winter of 2003. Its main feature is a spectacular 270° panorama of the Chao Phraya river and Bangkok city.

Sirocco is named after the wind that blows into Europe from the Sahara, but the breeze that blows across the bar in the sky is a welcome relief from the heat of the streets far below. In the rainy season, fortunately short, special arrangements are in place to serve customers and move them quickly back inside

Sirocco was designed by global architectural and interior design firm, dwp, Design Worldwide Partnership with the design team led by Executive Director, Scott Whittaker.
