It seems lots of celebs opted to stay out of the limelight this NYE, though a few made it out to big bashes. Let's check 'em out:

Gotta give it to Mariah on this one. Her silver strapless is so so hot, and the perfect way to start off a New Year. Bey's look is cute, but its recycled status gets a Hmm (Solange rocked a similar frock in Japan). Hmm...
The Kardashian sisters came out in metallic sequined glory:

And Jaslene and Kenan Thompson also kicked it at the T.I. Party:
Jaslene's jumper is hot, saucy, and fun...unlike Kenan's striped polo and jeans. His look is much better suited for a day on the boardwalk not a New Years Bash. Hmm...
